Lecture Review

Most Interesting Thing Learned It had previously been assumed that while the moon had been hit by numerous meteorites and debris, the Earth remained relatively undisturbed. It now appears that the Earth had indeed been hit as well (many of the impact craters are beneath the sea). Also, it is likely that water found its way to earth via a comet (or multiple comet) impacts.
